The Space
Indy Luxe is the ideal sanctuary for families and professionals alike, especially those in transition seeking relaxation and comfort. The rest of the main floor is covered in custom millwork from the slatwall adorning the sitting and dining area to the built-ins around the fire. Every inch of the home is optimized with no wasted space. In addition, it has luxurious indoor amenities such as a home theater, custom bar for movie nights and a workout room to keep active and engaged.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
We do not usually offer early check-in or late check-out as our cleaning team performs a deep clean between every guest stay so that we can consistently offer you a 5 star vacation.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11am
What is the bedroom/bathroom layout?
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has en suite master bathroom. The other two bedrooms with queen beds share a full bathroom.
Basement: 1 bedroom with queen bed. Full bathroom is directly across the hall from the bedroom.
How far away is Downtown Indy?
Mass Ave and Bottleworks are a 5 minute drive. Downtown Indianapolis locations such as Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and the convention center can be reached in 10-15 minutes depending on traffic
How far away is the airport?
The airport 20 minutes away. If you have TSA precheck, check-in takes about 5 minutes, 10 minutes on busy days. Clear is not offered.
How far is the grocery store?
Kroger is <5 minutes away. Whole foods is 10 minutes away. Target is 14 minutes away
Do you provide bedding and basic amenities?
Yes, we provide bedding, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper.
How many parking spots can you provide?
We have space for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 vehicles in front of the home.
Will your EV charger work for my vehicle?
Our EV charger is a Level 2 charger with a J1772 plug which is compatible with all US automakers but Tesla. However, each Tesla comes with an adaptor for the J1772 plug in the car’s charging kit.

We would like to personally welcome you to our family's rental home. We both have very busy and sometimes high stress jobs and when we vacation with our family, we want to completely relax. We want to strengthen the connection with our kids and relatives. We want to extend the same experience that we seek for your vacation. We have thoughtfully provided every amenity that you could want and will give you an in depth virtual guidebook for the area to eliminate a lot of the planning and researching that can take up the quiet moments of your vacation.
